Please allow extra shipping time if you live in a remote location or island. Weather conditions, strikes, COVID, and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it. 

If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, our courier company will attempt to deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or alternatively you can follow the redelivery instructions that will be sent to you by the courier company.

International Delivery

Please note, we are currently seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place which may affect delivery times. We advise you to please check requirements with the local authority before placing your order.

If your shipping address is not in the UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, you usually have to pay customs duties, fees and taxes on import. Mul Cosmetics is not liable for these charges. We would advise you to check this before placing your order.

Delivery rules and restrictions

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

All delivery charges are subject to change.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.

If you desire a return, we'll make the process as easy as possible. 

All you need to do is contact with your order number and reason for return, we will be happy to assist you further. 

Returns rights:

As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel or return your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery. Please be aware that the postage and packaging fee will be deducted from the refund amount - UK customers £5 flat rate, international postage and packaging prices may vary. Hygiene and our clients’ safety is extremely important, therefore we cannot offer a refunded return if the product is opened, used or tampered with.

All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this does happen, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 



Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
